JOSH THOMPSON

Josh has an extensive background in the real estate field where he spent 15 years in the project management side of the business specializing in commercial flooring.  His work can be seen in many of the popular shopping malls, hotels, private clubs, and apartment communities around Ohio.  Joshs background in the business brings a unique perspective to Charles Hart Real Estate and is a vital part of the team.  He also holds a construction management and leasing role with a regional company.

Josh is originally from Reynoldsburg, Ohio.  He attended Capital University where he earned a degree in marketing.  While there, he was also a member of the Varsity basketball team. 

He currently resides in Youngstown, OH with his wife.
