RICHARD LATTRO

Richard has helped clients in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets since 2012. Previously he worked for one of the nations largest investment sales firms along with his partner, Jordan Marshall.

 

During his time there, Richard was involved in transactions exceeding $396 million in sales volume and totaling more than 9,200 multifamily units. Richard and his partners have also built a portfolio of their own consisting of apartments, self-storage, and mixed-use properties.

 

Combining his extensive sales transaction history and personal experience in buying and stabilizing a variety of real estate investments Richard has the ability to advise clients not only when buying or selling but he can also provide insight on how to best position a property from an operations standpoint in order to maximize cashflow and increase value. This consultative approach when advising a client throughout the entire process from purchase, to stabilization, to sale has allowed Richard to build lasting relationships with the most active investors throughout the country.  Richards experience and real estate investment expertise makes him a valuable asset to the Charles Hart Real Estate team and its clients.

 

Richard attended The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Real Estate. Richard is a member of the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Development Board which is focused on raising money to fund the research and discovery of improved treatment’s for childhood illness. Richard and his fiancé Jennifer currently reside in Grandview.
